Returns and Refunds

Every item is printed or produced to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or personalization details you entered yourself.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email info@drillinguranus.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll refund the item.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (U.S.) or 25 business days (international), contact us and we'll reship or refund.

Sizing

Size charts are on every product page. If you're between sizes, size up. We can't exchange for size after production begins.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
