By placing an order with Drilling Uranus (operated by Hurd Holdings LLC) you agree to these terms.

Novelty products

All products sold on this site are novelty items intended for entertainment. The Certificate of Drilling Rights to Uranus does not confer any legal rights, real or celestial, to any property, body, or person. The Uranus Sovereign Authority, the Bureau of Depth, the Department of Pressure, and the Registry of Celestial Mining are fictional institutions.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that contain personalization details that are hateful, threatening, or that target a private individual without their consent. Refused orders are refunded in full.

Personalization

You are responsible for the accuracy of personalization details you submit. Personalized items are produced as entered and cannot be changed after production begins.

Pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Intellectual property

All designs, text, and imagery on this site are the property of Hurd Holdings LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
