Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

U.S. shipping is free on every order.

Production times

Apparel and mugs: printed on demand, 2 to 5 business days before shipping.
Framed certificates: produced after you submit personalization details, typically 2 to 5 business days, then shipped.

Transit times

United States: 3 to 7 business days after production.
International: 7 to 21 business days after production. Rates shown at checkout. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email when each item ships. Items in one order may ship separately, since certificates, apparel, and mugs come from different facilities.
